S.STEIN : Customer service / shipping info
We’re dedicated to providing the best service possible to make you a happy and satisfied S.STEIN customer! Because all of our bags are ‘made to order’, we can do a great deal of communicating via email or phone to make sure your bag is exactly what you want and need. We also want to give you as much information about shipping, both in the USA and International and our policies on cancellations and returns.

Returns: store credit only
We will extend store credit to you if for any reason the bag you have ordered does not work for you. You will need to contact us within seven days after receiving your bag to make arrangements to return it for credit, via email : ssteindesign@gmail.com

Cancellations: a ‘restocking fee’ will be charged for all cancelled orders to cover
the cost of the credit-card fees for both purchase and refund (we have to pay those, sorry!) or about 6% of the total, so please consider your purchase carefully.

Shipping info:
For USA orders: We like to ship UPS, but are glad to use the US Post Office (if you only have a PO Box #, it’s the only way) - To find out the shipping in your area, just put an order in with your zipcode and you’ll get the amount before you make your final purchase. If you’d like it to come pronto, you can send us the difference on Paypal or by check.

INTERNATIONAL: We’ll be using Express Mail International from the US Postal Service for all out of the country purchases. All info for shipping rates can be found on their website at http://www.usps.com

You will be responsible for all import taxes, VAT, customs fees and duty for your country. They vary widely from country to country, so please check first before ordering. We will add INSURANCE for the full amount of the purchase (in the case of a lost or damaged package) which is an additional 3.40 per 100. - this will be added on to the shipping price at check-out.

Some of the custom services we offer are:

Custom colors: Yes, any color you desire, as long as we have it in stock. You can choose color combinations from other styles or just make up a color combo that you desire (black canvas makes an excellent base for all our suede or leather colors) We won’t be able to accept returns for store credit on these orders, however, but we will advise you as best we can on your choices.

Custom strap lengths: Since everyone’s body has its own unique proportion, we gladly accept requests for custom length straps on all our bags - both double and single straps.
